Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

You received a defective or damaged product
You received the wrong item

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
